At Molecular Beauty MD, we combine advanced medical aesthetics with a holistic approach to wellness. Our policies are designed to ensure a smooth and respectful experience, one that respects your time and prioritizes your well-being.

Staff

All Molecular Beauty MD providers are state-licensed medical professionals or certified specialists in their respective fields.


Booking Appointments

Appointments can be booked by calling us at [Insert Phone #] or through our website. A valid credit card is required to secure all bookings.


Payment Information

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, cash, and Molecular Beauty MD gift cards. Flexible monthly payment plans are also available through Cherry. Please note that we do not accept personal checks.


Gratuity

While gratuity is never expected, it is always appreciated. The customary range is 15–20%, though the amount is at your discretion.


Arrival & Punctuality

We kindly ask that you arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled appointment. This allows time for check-in and ensures you receive the full benefit of your treatment.

If you are late, two options are available:

  • Your treatment time may be shortened, but the full-service fee will still apply.
  • You may reschedule for another time, though a $50 rescheduling fee will be charged.

Cancellation Policy

We understand life happens. To respect both our clients and providers, we ask for at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule.

  • Cancellations or reschedules with less than 24 hours' notice will incur a $50 fee per service.
  • Same-day reschedules are treated as cancellations and will incur a $50 fee.
  • Appointment reminders will be sent via text and/or email 48 hours in advance.

Refunds

All treatment packages, series, and skincare product sales are non-refundable.


Memberships

  • A 6-month minimum commitment is required.
  • Early cancellations will result in being charged the difference between the discounted and standard service rates.
  • Membership pricing does not include gratuities.
  • Applicable sales tax will be added.
  • Membership Rollover: Unused services will roll over into the following month.

Gift Cards

Gift cards may be purchased in-spa or online for treatments, packages, or products. They make a perfect gift for self-care at the cellular level.
