Nainjot Bains, MD, MAS

Dr. Nainjot Bains is a board-certified internist specializing in Aesthetic Medicine. She earned her medical degree from Maharishi Markandeshwar Institute of Medical Sciences & Research in India and completed her Internal Medicine residency in Southern California in 2022. With a robust background in Internal Medicine, Dr. Bains combines holistic patient care with aesthetic treatments to enhance natural beauty while prioritizing overall well-being and self-confidence.

Before transitioning to Aesthetic Medicine, Dr. Bains served as an attending physician in primary care. Her extensive experience in preventive medicine and research informs her approach to integrating wellness and disease prevention strategies with aesthetic procedures. Dr. Bains' patient-centered approach emphasizes individualized treatment plans and patient education, ensuring comprehensive care that promotes health and beauty.

Recognized as Resident of the Year and Chief Resident during her training, Dr. Bains has demonstrated exceptional dedication to patient care and leadership. Outside of her professional life, she enjoys hiking, running, and sketching, and actively volunteers in her local community, reflecting her commitment to a healthy lifestyle and helping others.

Jasdeep Chahal, MS, MSW

Jasdeep "Jaz" Chahal is a distinguished professional with a background in social work, psychology, and business management. She holds a Master of Social Work degree from UCLA and a Master of Science in Psychological Research Methods from the University of Leicester, UK, followed by a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from Nottingham Trent University, UK. Jasdeep is transitioning to the role of Medical Spa Manager, bringing her expertise as the CEO & Founder of The Mindset Evolution.

Jasdeep’s professional experience includes strategic planning, financial oversight, customer service excellence, and holistic wellness. She has received numerous accolades, including the Outstanding Service Award for client satisfaction, the Employee Wellness Advocate commendation, and the Leadership Excellence Award. Jasdeep is an active Hera Hub member and President of the Professional Women's Toastmasters Club. She empowers women in communication and leadership, frequently speaking at community engagement events.

With a focus on individualized client care and a supportive work environment, Jasdeep is dedicated to delivering exceptional client experiences and cultivating a motivated, high-performing team.
